Bought a car in KY and live in OH - going through the paperwork this morning and I noticed that all the title work is setup for KY - will this work itself out or do I need to try and intercept everything - didn’t want to risk having to pay extra fees because of a mishap
Where is the registration say?
If OH then yes it’s a F up and will need to pay extra fees.

So apparently it has temp tags only and there isn’t a temp registration. I called dealer and they said everything was fine - I just thought it was odd that all the forms are KY and nothing for OH 
When did you buy the car? If it has temp tags, it should have temp registration as well. You should receive OH registration and license plates in a few of weeks assuming the dealer submit the paperwork properly.
