Dealer offer for new 2021 Mazda CX-5 GT- Good?

So my lease is ending on my Mazda CX-5 and they are offering me a new lease deal. It’s for a 2021 Grand Touring and I am located in Boston. I asked them to give me all the fees, residual, money factor and price of car. They came back with this offer and I’m just a little confused if it’s good. I’d love if someone could weigh in. Also I don’t know what some of the fees are and don’t understand the trade allowance and difference numbers. Also feel like it’s missing fees. Like what about sales tax?

I also asked about adding the premium package. They said it’s $1695 and would be an additional $20 a month with it. Seems fair?

Thanks so much in advance!

You compare trade allowance (what they’re paying) to the trade payoff (which is what you owe). So you’re $441 negative on this one.

What do vroom/Carvana/ALGO/etc quote you for buying your car?

MA state tax is something like 6.35% on the monthly. A separate excise tax gets charged by the municipality usually directly to you.

Thank you. Caravana offered $19,442. So basically what they say I owe. I assume that’s fine then?
Is the rest of the offer good? I know the money factor is good. And residual seems good at about 65%.

Fill out the LH calculator and post a link to it here.

Get quotes from all those online buyers. You never know which one is highest.

I think I did this right based on what the dealer sent me. Oh and vroom did offer higher at $20,200

For reference- also Boston area and got a 20 cx5 gt w/ premium package and 12k for $372 including tax through bostoncarconciege in the broker forum.
