I’m planning to buy a new 4xe wrangler on CCAP lease to get $10,500 in cap reductions. And immediately after the registration wish to buy back with cash. The goal is to get the discount. I’ve read on multiple forums that people have done this successfully. I also read CCAP lease buyout has to be done through a dealer. So wanted to check with people who have done this successfully, if the dealers are asking for unreasonable fees at the time of buyout? Is this fee noted in the contract anywhere? Also did they asking you to wait for some specific time to do this. One dealer in WA wanted us to wait for a year before the buy out.
