If you want to compare deals across markets and across months, you need to compare the pre-incentive discounts. Just because a broker last month in a different market offered 28% post-incentive doesnât mean thatâs a useful comparison point this month somewhere else.

Also, you can negotiate more off. You have to realize that dealers are not going to have huge loser deals because of whatâs going on today.
