Notes: I focused on the overall deal and was okay with the dealership running the numbers that worked best for them (e.g., the 21.4% discount took care of the high 0.00145 MF - 19.3% discount with 0.00099 MF resulted in similar numbers). It took a few weeks to get here but it was a pleasant experience with the dealerships I worked with and the quarter end timing also helped get to a decent deal. I had 2-3 very similar spec options across different dealerships that I considered. As I returned the 2017 X3, I’m hoping to receive the $350 disposition fee waiver and $300 credit for 28% unused mileage (pending confirmation from BMW FS).

Horrible deal you didn’t get base MF. JK that discount in this tough market more than makes up for it. Nice work.

Congrats! Updated tagging to show the region.

Great deal! It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a BMW deal that actually woke me up a little bit!

My eyes widened a bit after seeing the payment at that MSRP. Well done.

I am curious about the MF though…shouldn’t the max rate be 0.00139? Perhaps your credit isn’t tier 1.

Either way. Enjoy the ride!

Edit: Fun fact, my first AOL screen name was meanmachine…lol

Is this a unicorn or do you expect this to be repeatable? I’d be curious on peoples thoughts.

Definitely hard to get with current market conditions.

Do you expect deals to get better over the next 6 months? If Covid heats back up in the winter, won’t these conditions continue for the forceable future?

Man if I had a crystal ball I wouldn’t be doing this; I’d ask what the lottery numbers were; or play the stock market.
