Hi, looking to get feedback on a lease offer for a 2020 Tacoma Off Road 4x4 Double Cab Long Bed in San Diego. 36 months/12,000 miles

MSRP: $40,822
Sale Price: $39,461
RV: $29,392
MF: .00265

They incorrectly combined my MSD and downpayment, so my plan would be to put 9 MSD down and the rest as a down payment to reduce the MF. Is this MF reasonable or too high for socal?

The Deal they are showing has the rate marked up a little bit and $6K down no msd.

If I were to quote the same structure I’d be $70+ a month less
