Deal Checker Kia Sportage

I got a lease worksheet from my local dealer today for a 2023 Kia Sportage EX and their price and what I find from the calculator are significantly different. I might be making a mistake but their number seemed really high to me. Would love a reality check.

Price: 30835.00 (only $1k over MSRP)
MF .00294 - (this is super high I think - Honda said theirs was .00195)
Residual .66
Mileage 12,000 / 36 months
ACQ 650
Cash 2000
Fees/Taxes 2290.93
Pmnt 497.61

I estimated the payment would be much closer to 435.00 - what am I missing?https://leasehackr.com/calculator?make=Kia&miles=12000&msrp=30835&sales_price=30835&months=36&mf=.00195&msd=0&dp=3000&dealer_fee=0&acq_fee=650&disp_fee=400&taxed_inc=0&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=64&reg_fee=0&sales_tax=10&demo_mileage=0&memo=&tradein=0&fin_sp=0&fin_taxed_fee=0&fin_untaxed_fee=0&fin_term=60&fin_apr=1.85&fin_dp=0&fin_rebate=0&fin_ps_rebate=0&keep_term=60&exp_rv=0&monthlyTax_radio=true&cap_tax=true&bmw_demo_25=true&lease_result_mode=true

Your tax , down MF and everything is pretty wrong.
Better one
I’m looking at 505, so it’s SLIGHTLY off, but dang man try another dealer, don’t get ripped on a non hybrid. Or have @Jrouleau426 or @Jeff_BeachCitiesAuto ship you one for much less

Doesnt matter what honda is doing. You need to verify what kia financial is doing and baseline off buy rate.
