Looks like its almost 11% off MSRP, but what are these high amount of " non tax fees " Can I do better ? Thanks hackers !

Plug the numbers innthe calc to see if they line up. 11% is solid. Im assuming non tax fees is like DMV/reg etc?

107k car, it says payment is $1,393 but dealer payment says $1,433

102k car, it says $1,334 but dealer payment is $1,381

Not sure if im doing this correctly, but the dealer told me residual is 52% but when I asked Edmunds forum they said it was 51%. Numbers look off a bit.

Try bumping the MF a little bit in the calc to see if you get the dealer numbers. If it gives you a monthly that lines up, then you may have your answer if the inputs are correct.

Just ask the dealer for a breakdown of the fees. At least one is acquisition fee which is not negotiable.

The real incentive on these cars is the 1.99% APR.

The primary conclusion of a lease is that you return it and lease again. Which is great when a lease is hackable. But this is not. Not with the lack of big incentives and that RV and MF.

So if you took this lease you’d spend ~$58k to lease it, return and it and spend another $60k on the next lease. Spending close to $120k to consecutively lease a car selling for 95 plus tax, doesn’t make any sense.

So what you recommend me doing is actually financing one of these cars? thanks

Isn’t the subvented rate 2.99?

Yes, it’s 2.99% in California.

BMW is doing different rates in different states now?

Yes, they’ve been doing this since October. Some states get 1.99%. Others get 2.99%.
