Deal check - wagoneer series I

Have a 36/10k lease negotiated on a 77,550 msrp wagoneer series I in the northeast. Not using affiliate. 797/month with first payment due at signing.

Seems to be decent to me but there aren’t a ton of comps on here. Any thoughts are appreciated.

You may have a variety of leasing companies to choose from on this brand. Verify, and then see if one or another makes more sense if this is the car you.

Separately, I noticed this while browsing the other day.

We would love a shot to beat this deal, but honestly its a good deal. You did good on this one! I suggest moving on them this month if you haven’t yet, Stellantis sent out a limited number of $3k coupons to dealers to use to move wagoneers (dealer cash, wont see it on rebates), very very likely being used for this, they expire tomorrow. Never know what next month brings, but we know those exist today.

Counterpoint: I have heard through the grapevine that June will see a modest improvement in CDJR programs. Unsure whether that means for specific vehicles, or across the board, but if I was in market, I would hold out for June

It is 100% completely possible programs are better - anecdotally, Stellantis tends to move in the opposite direction of logic so theyve proven me wrong many times when I think I know what they will do, but again I have no evidence against programs being better just that we only ever know what we have today.

IMO ultimately it comes down to what OP is happy with and what their timeline is like, if the numbers work this month with the deal in hand and they are working against a timeline and only want this model then I would strongly consider making the move this month. If they are in no rush and aren’t going to be pressed to take a worse deal next month in the rare chance they get worse, or are open to other model options, then I would agree hold out and see. Really comes down to what OP is comfortable with and their personal circumstances with needing a car or wanting a car right now.

I only had slightly better numbers when shopping back in March for a similarly specced Series I. It sucks that TDM doesn’t work on the base models.

Do a thorough test drive and make sure you don’t have any issues before leaving the lot. The unit I was interested in had dashboard issues requiring a reflash.

$400 monthly wagoneer soon?
