Money factor should be 0.0014 and payment in the 300’s so I’d say it’s a terrible deal.
How did you arrive at those Numbers? Are you going off what you have seen in the past.

There is so much room for negotiation. Check if you can do down of 2K and get lease around 450 inclusive taxes they should be able to make it
