hi all, hoping to see if I can get some input on numbers below. I currently have a 2024 xc90 plus lease that’s about 7.5 mths out from expiration so I checked around for new inventory.. found one that has the right packages (air suspension being the main one). Same dealer for original lease had a match so I reached out to them and waiting on some prelim numbers. In the meantime I used the calculator to draft up some numbers but wanted the community’s take to see if my draft numbers look ok or if I’m over or under shooting some of the parameters I used. Full disclosure- the % off msrp I just threw in that, got 11% off last time but I’m not sure if there’s more room for deals given the last week for the ev credit. Thanks in advance, and let me know if any other info is needed that I didn’t add here!
What’s your plan for the negative equity? You’re too early to pull-ahead.
So that was my concern.. this dealer (and I’m not sure if there’s others like this) said they’ll take up to nine months for lease pull ahead. I searched to see if that’s common and I don’t think it is but I saw random dealers show up in the search with the criteria…
AFAIK the VCFS pull ahead waives six payments, anything more is a trade-in and subject to those shenanigans.

Get your payoff from VCFS, AND ask what they’d charge to terminate your current lease. If a dealer isn’t taking you out of the current lease for payoff AND discounting like a stand-alone deal, I wouldn’t pursue that.
Different answer for the person in another thread asking a similar question with 2 months left - they’re pull ahead eligible and Volvo is very likely to be rebate-stupid for the rest of 2025, they may have found religion again by the time your lease ends.
Okay I’m following.. I’ll get the lease term info from Vfcs and see how this dealer is actually structuring things.. and report back!
Planning on submitting the below numbers to some dealers in Northern California that have good inventory for T8 ultra. Current xc90 lease is coming up and I’m now in the pull ahead period. Was hoping to see if these discounts that I’m trying for are in the realm of possibility or are they just too ludicrous and I won’t even get a response back lol. Any input is greatly appreciated.
