Deal check: Volvo XC90 adjusted cap cost doesn't add up

Hi,

I’m trying to finalize a deal for a 2025 XC90, but I can’t get this math to check out. How is the adjusted cap cost $61,989.83? Isn’t it 71,659 selling price + 350 accessories + 1,880 fees - 14,000 in incentives = 59,889. Help me make sense of it!

Confirmed that the MF and residual is correct. It is for the 25 model (not 25.5).

Thank you!

  • Vehicle price ($71,659) + accessories ($350) + fees ($1,880) = $73,889
  • But they may have excluded or reduced a fee or capitalized part of the rebate differently
  • Then, they applied $14,000 in incentives, but only $11,014.17 is showing as Cap Cost Reduction
  • That means $2,985.83 of that rebate wasn’t used to reduce cap cost — it might be going toward drive-off or first payment instead.

Check out Marketplace for your area, I am pretty sure this deal can be beat.
