Post a lease sheet or calculator. Missing half the numbers

Thank you Jeisensc. More numbers that I got:
Dealer is giving 14000 off - so around 20%. Can you tell what other numbers you are looking for - because on the calculator - it allows only max 10 MSD. and that is not matching 7k MSD.

How much is the dealer discount and how much comes from incentives?

Dealer discount is 5000. Incentive is 8500. 500 Company discount. Total 14000.

First time using the calculator - Please let me know if I made any mistakes

MSDs are rounded up. $685/mo = $7,000 in 10 MSDs

Updated the calculator. Thanks Ursus, seeing it now

The money factor looks very high. And you’re double dipping on discount/incentives. The dealer discount should come off the selling price of the vehicle. The incentives you qualify for should go under taxed incentives.

Doesn’t seem like it. At least on the east coast broker offers in the Marketplace are like

$378/mo + inceptions/msds
Loyalty ($1500) + Aplan/Affinity ($500) included

$438/mo + inceptions/msds
No Incentives Required

I even asked a broker and they quoted 725 per month with MSD.

You cant just make up a mf to try to make the calculator match

With how much due at signing?

How much is the due at signing from the dealer?

$3000 + $7500 MSD w/ $725/mo (8.75% tax) Sorry about the mf - I will ask the dealer to give the exact MF

Down or due at signing?

I believe due at signing

Similarly in the case of the dealer - due at signing is 5000 (incl first month, tax, registration) + 7000(MSD). Total 12000

So the broker is cheaper than the dealer then
