As @mllcb42 would say, stop talking to dealers immediately until you read up on how leasing works, some sample deals on S90s, and the incentives you qualify for.
Talking to a dealer is when you know the numbers you should aim for.

You look to be about $2000-$2500 short of where this deal should be plus buy rate MF. Would likely save substantially more going to 24 months as well. On my last 3 Volvo leases I had no luck getting anyone in Tampa Bay Area to play ball.
