Post up the calculator to your target deal that you established before talking to dealers for comparison
Not sure I did that. More curious how folks think this compares to other deals out there…
LOL, you didn’t…good idea to learn how leases calc out! What did search function tell you about other deals?
First post here - I will say there are better deals out there. I’m working my first ever lease, looking for a Vistiq as well but with a 24/15, and have two deals (deciding between them tonight), one at $740/mo ($810 DAS), and one at $805/mo that is a sign and drive with first month covered. These would come out to ~$16.5k - $17k one pay (3% tax rate) I believe.
One happens to be local, the other out of state.
I did run the numbers, but don’t have a good grasp of what is a good discount on these….8.7 is my score https://calculator.leasehackr.com?make=Cadillac&miles=10000&msrp=79715&sales_price=73697&months=24&mf=.00297&msd=0&dp=0&dealer_fee=699&acq_fee=0&disp_fee=595&taxed_inc=3500&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=77&gov_fee=0&sales_tax=8.81&demo_mileage=0&memo=&tradein=0&fin_sp=79715&fin_taxed_fee=0&fin_untaxed_fee=0&fin_term=60&fin_apr=0&fin_dp=0&fin_rebate=0&fin_ps_rebate=0&fin_tax=0&keep_term=60&exp_rv=0&service_fee=0&onepay=true&monthlyTax_radio=true&bmw_demo_25=true&lease_result_mode=true&pretax_monPmt=0&lease_das=19424
are these courtesy cars?
Yes, one is a courtesy and the other an event.
Score is meaningless…yep, you need to research what a good discount off MSRP is, all incentives, base MF and the RV…and make an offer below what all that adds up to.
That’s why I’m here. To check the deal. If I knew all those things I wouldn’t come here to ask!
Have you used the search? Looked at marketplace/brokers?
I think that’s a fair discount on these. You could try to find 10% discount. Which could make the one-pay more attractive.
The Rebates are not that attractive either.
Kind of expensive but if you really want a Vistiq, you can go for it.
If you can hunt and find a courtesy car, it could make the payments a bit better.
I personally would have either found a different vehicle that have a more attractive lease numbers, or wait until the vistiqs have better numbers. But my needs are obviously different than yours.
