Not actually sure what the acq fee is.
I played around with those numbers until I got to the quoted price, so not sure what the accurate numbers are.

It’s the fee the bank charges when leasing a car. Some banks do not charge one, but Subaru’s captive bank (fancy name for bank they use), chase financial, charges a 595 acquisition fee for Subaru leases.
This lease may be through a different bank, and I default to the expert on that matter @RVguy.
