That’s actually not a terrible deal for a 2020 Velar.
In CA you don’t want to do more than 36 months because of the extra year of registration. It’s a 4y/50k warranty so you could do 48 months but run the numbers it probably isn’t worth it.
Chase won’t let you do MSDs to reduce MF.
