Hey guys, appreciate all the topics already covered and all the information I’ve been looking at.

Wanted your opinion on the parameters of a lease deal in Alabama for a 2024 Prius Prime XSE -

Cap Cost: 33,892 (after $4500 Toyota Lease Cash promo)
Acq Fee: 695
Cap Reduction Tax: 209
Doc Fee: 799
Title: 17
MF: .0043200
Residual: 64% (25,037)

Monthly Payment: $528.60

When I asked for a one-pay offer, the MF changed to .00312 but the cap cost also changed to 15,741(?). They’ve got the total at $24,500 as a one pay. I’m totally confused. That would be like $630/mo while the original - with a worse MF - was $528/mo. Or $20,615 as a one pay of the 39 installments.

Any idea what the heck happened here? Did they just fat finger the one-pay? What should it look like relative to the original?

What’s the MSRP and what’s the selling price?

IDK about March programs but previously this was only a car to lease if you intended to buy it out immediately: Neither traditional lease nor one-pay made sense.
