Working on my first lease and would appreciate the Hackrs thoughts.

Residual Value: 60%, netted to $29,122 (58.87%) after accounting for 2,727 miles on car

Lease Zip 06820 (Sales Tax 6.35%)
Monthly Payment: $453.85
Due at signing: $2,451.64 (1st month, Govt Fee $250, Acquisition Fee $925, Document Fee $599, Upfront Taxes $223.79)
Total Cost: $18,341.64

When I calculated the lease by hand came to $426.76. Using the Leasehackr calculator came out pretty close to the actual offer, besides upfront taxes $223.79 offer vs. $97 on calculator.

What do you think about this deal? Trying not to get ripped off on my first lease, really appreciate your feedback.

@Bostoncarconcierge @nextlevelautobrokers @nyclife do you have any 2020 3 series 330i xDrive available? Looking for mineral gray with black interior if possible. Digital dash/cockpit was the main thing that separated one 3 series from another in my research.
