Deal check please - 2024 Mercedes Benz CLE53 Coupe

Hi there,

I’m looking for help to check on the lease deal of a 2024 Mercedes Benz CLE53 Coupe. I can’t find any signed lease in the leasehackr so I’m not sure about the market and want to know if this is already a good deal or there’s still room for a lower price.

Lease Term / Miles Per Year: 39 Months / 10,000

MSRP/Retail: $84600

Discount: $11000

Rebate (Amex): $500

Residual Value: $44838

Cap cost: $74900

MF (10MSD): 0.00117

Down payment: $0

Monthly payment (tax included): $950

Any input would be greatly appreciated!!

I don’t think the adjusted cap cost can be less than the residual…?

Ah yes, sorry for the confusion, $30062 was the depreciation. The cap cost is $74900, updated.

@oarfish18 just posted some of those in the Marketplace today, reach out to her.

Posting a lease worksheet or linking to calculator would be helpful.

How much is due at signing?

The coupe usually costs more than the SUV… this deal seems decent for the car.

Except we don’t know DAS.

He says $0 cap cost. I’m guessing TTL is paid up front which is similar to how oarfish structures her deals.

Goddamn I suck, I thought this was a GLE coupe not a CLE

Cool! Thanks for sharing, then it looks like already a good deal, I’ll sign it! I don’t remember the DAS, but given it’s 0 down, and I’ll pay tax and other fees upon signing, I guess it would be around $3000 - $4000.

Perhaps better not to guess. Ask the dealer b/f you go in to sign what the DAS (minus the MSD) is…
