Deal check please - 2020 Acura MDX— SH-AWD 7-Passenger w/Technology/A-Spec Pkg

Hi , I got the following offer on a Acura MDX 2020 — SH-AWD 7-Passenger w/Technology/A-Spec Pkg

36 months / 10000 miles
MSRP - $56025
SP - $44985
Incentive - $1000 (Loyalty/Conquest I believe)
MF - 0.00225
Residual - 55%
I don’t remember the actual payment quoted as I thought I would figure that out with the lease hackr calculator and was worried more about negotiating the details. Since the car is in OH tax would be all upfront.
What do you guys think? Is there any room for more negotiation? I left the dealership after asking for SP of $43500 and the sales guy mentioned they would not be able to do it and $44985 is the best they can do.

Check your rebates with Edmund’s. MF and RV look correct. Acura is offering a very large rebate to dealers. Not sure exactly how much for an A-spec in OH but I’d guess $10,500 of that discount is probably that including the conquest rebate. So you’re getting a small dealer discount. You can push for more but they’re playing hard on that.

Thanks! I Have posted the query on Edmunds to confirm incentives, mf and rv. Have not recieved a response there yet but from some previous posts it seems like there is about $7200 in incentives not sure if it’s the same as rebate that dealers are getting.
Also you are absolutely right, Columbus is a small market with 2 acura dealers and this dealer is definitely playing hard. Just got an email from supposedly the owner saying that they can’t do anything below $44985.

Please let us know how you make out with payment etc. Only due to I am so curious how you do I had zero luck with a bunch of Acura dealers here in CT on the same exact MDX and A Spec package you are looking at. They all here in CT basically hung up and didn’t reply after I counter offered them on a payment etc.

Good luck

On Edmunds forums you can request for your car models RV, MF and incentives for your zipcode. From there use the lease hackr calculator , plug in the numbers to get the payments. Selling price should be MSRP - incentives as posted on Edmunds. I honestly just took a goal of getting 25% off the MSRP without knowing about any rebates and incentives. Since 2021 MDX is going to be a resfreshed model dealer’s would be looking to clear the inventories. If not now then in a month or two they should start discouting them a lot.

I just chatted with an Acura rep Saturday at the Chicago Auto Show who said the 2021 MDX would be revealed at the Detroit Auto Show in June and available in dealer showrooms shortly thereafter.
