Leased cars a few times in my life, but need a refresher on how to evaluate a deal. thanks in advance!
Hyundai Palisade SEL Premium AWD
MSRP $47650
$2000 DAS
10/36K
$560/month post tax ($510 pre-tax)
MF: .00147
RV: 67%
I tried to apply the 1% rule here, but im still confused on how to use it:
comparing 1% * MSRP to pre or post tax amount?
DAS should not be included when using this rule right?
Appreciate the help!

This deal is from the marketplace through one of the brokers. I’m honestly looking for a 3 row suv and besides the pre negotiated Subaru deal, this is one of the best deas I found, and Its in socal.

Thanks. Would love to hear other recs for a three row vehicle if you have suggestions.

No, that’s a good deal, a Telluride would cost you $150 more for the 47k price.

You don’t, it’s useless.
You can make any lease just about anything you want if you ignore the DAS.
No it wouldn’t, telluride is very low through me this month
