Take a 36m lease and transfer out after 2 years.

This car won’t be redesigned for several years. The 2025 is the refreshed design, and you typically have 3 years after that before there’s a new one.
If anything pricing will be a lot worse in two years with government subsidies likely going away and manufacturers eventually pivoting to use more of their production capacity for gas vehicles.
People will kill for the payment from a good deal in Q4 2024 in two years’ time.
