Maybe compare what brokers on here have on a Pacifica. Those would be a good baseline of where you want to be if you want to work the deal yourself. Or, maybe just go with them and save yourself the headache. Their fees are usually worth it. As for your current deal, a down payment on a lease is typically not advisable even if you’re buying it out. Save it for the buyout.
