Deal Check - New 2026 Toyota Corolla LE FWD Sedan

$395 a month for 36 months, 10,000 miles per year. 0 money down.

Listed MSRP is $25,990, offer was made in Texas. Taxes are about $1,200 and other fees came out to $1,200 and these are included in the monthly.

This was the only lease deal local to me that seemed not bad, can anyone tell me how good this is if good at all?

OVERPRICED
You should be at around $260-$280/mo with those numbers…unless credit is not as good
For that price it’s better to purchase as those are BUY numbers with 5.5% APR 72 months

What? Bro, you don’t know what you are talking about.

I’d take it at $365-$375

Come and get them then… you know the dealer on here, but it’s only CA residents lol
Don’t know if TX can, but isn’t Toyota APR purchase deals same for the West region ???

Are you considering the unique tax situation in Texas?

so $395 is not bad but $365-375 would be pretty good?

I think $365 would be good!

That seems to be about equal to the Toyota advertised Corolla deal in Texas, so you should be able to do better. Can you provide details on how that payment was calculated?

OP said taxes are $1200 so not that much…

Please check marketplace here.
If you are looking for a low payment check what brand is offering tax credit in Texas.

Yeah figure about double vs every other state.

There are “better” cars to lease for this monthly. Finance it and keep it for 5-6 years. You TCO will be lower.

I think you can get to 350 a month with some aggressive searching since you’re in texas. However, if you’re not married to a Corolla, you should be able to get a sentra SL or SR (much nicer IMO) to lease for less money, but again- not sure if you’re married to the corolla. Good luck!

Not a great car to lease. In Texas it’s hard to get a good deal when you factor in full taxes.

$14k down the drain to lease a $25k car makes no sense
