Other option is to finance, but then would maybe consider Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum
I am buying a TX right now. Yes not a hackable car. Right now the best deals are on the 500h and 550h. 550h is hard to come by but you effectively get 8% off with the lease rebate capture dealers aren’t discounting much. the Tx500h on the other hand can be had with 10-11% all day, any day. Several folks over on reddit to help you with dealerships. the 2026 MY comes in late sept/early oct so they are motivated to move them. Also there is a unit volume bonus right now so they are likely to move it faster before september 2nd.

This would def be better as a purchase, but it’s a solid discount for one of these. If you’re tied to leasing and the due at signing is strictly taxes/fees/first month, then take the deal.
