Region: NJ
Vehicle: 2024 BMW i4 e35 (with premium package and parking assistance)
MSRP: $57,400 (including 1st year interior protection plan for $395)
Mileage: 10,000 / 36 months
Discount: ~$3,000 (~6% of MSRP)
Selling Price: 54,300
Total Rebates: 7,500
Trade-in: $6,250
What I pay:
Due on Signing: 0 (zero drive-off)
Monthly payment: $504
Disposition fee: $350 (if not leasing another vehicle or buying the vehicle at expiry of the lease)
Does this look a fair deal?
Also, the quoted MSRP includes $399 for Nitro (tire). Is it worth it?
Thanks in advance for any comments!!

How is some garbage add-on part of MSRP?

What’s your trade and how much is it worth on the open market?

Around the same number based on two other dealers’ valuation
I can do 9% off with base MF outside the area and 8.75% in NY. There are no add-ons either. It’s a no-brainer.

The original MSRP is $57,100. I decided to include the interior protection plan.

I want to avoid any additional charges upon returning the vehicle. For exterior, anything major should be covered by my insurance and anything minor should be considered ‘normal wear and tear’, so it is okay. For interior, I think some protection plan can be a beneficial, no? I know I don’t have to include it though.
I emailed you an exact match colors- and options-wise.

No, it’s a waste of money.

Total waste of money, I’ve never got charged for interior wear, unless you regularly tear or scratch, or abuse the interior, it’s just a profit center for the dealer
