I stopped in the Kia dealer today and looked at a Sorento. They gave me an offer for $4k off sticker and another $660 from Kia. Is this a good deal in today’s economy?

Its a 65% residual, so paying 35%, not 50%.

He’s referring to the amount you will spend over the life of the lease - $21k
