I’m still a bit new to using the calculator, but I’d love if someone could help me review a sample deal I’ve put together using the Leasehackr calculator to check for any obvious errors or reasonableness. Assuming I don’t have any glaring errors, does this seem reasonable? Do I have room to be more aggressive on the discount? Would appreciate any constructive feedback, even if it’s tough. Looking to learn!

Basic numbers:

MSRP 65,620
Selling price: 61,683 (6%)
Incentives $9,000
$0 down, $580/month
I’d like to message dealers with my proposal and hopefully just walk in and sign with whoever says yes.

I’d target a higher discount than that. 8-10%

24 month programs are generally better on these as well.

Like @mllcb42 suggested, target a 10% dealer discount which would be a terrific deal…

Create a solid lease proposal like the one below. Send it to the dealer and negotiate via email/phone.
