Hello, this is my first lease. I went to a dealership before I found out about leasehackr, and got some numbers.

- Tire Fee: $8.75
- Electronic Filing Fee: $34.00
- Doc Fee: $85.00

Based on this the MF seems to be ~0.0028.
However the rate finder plus calculator seems to be quoting a much lower MF (~0.001) leading to significantly lower monthly.

Have I made a mistake in my calculations, or is this truly a bad deal and I should walk away?
