Deal Check- Honda CR-V

Hey All!

Located in Midwest (WI) and looking for deals on a 2026 Honda CR-V, any trim EX-L or above. Looking to Lease and wondering how the prices on a lease for this car is almost comparable to the numbers i’m getting for a Lexus NX350.

MV- $42,075

Discount- $2,851

Selling Price- $39,823

total price- $39,823

cash down- $2,107.50

RV- $28,500

MF- .00275.

Total price- $40,434

Any other numbers or information I need, let me know please.

Thanks.

These numbers don’t make any sense. On a 3 year, i’m seing 10k as the lowest mileage option with a 64% residual, that residual is way too high.

Still puts you at spending $20k over 3 years. Why not just finance the car? Not every car leases well.

The Lexus has a slightly lower MF but much lower residual. Unless you’re getting a BIG discount on the frontend, it’s going to lease for much more.

If you take out your cash up front, this is like $600/mo for a CRV?!?

What are the variables that go into a lease and how do those compare btw the CR-V and an NX350?

Post a calculator would be helpful since you haven’t provided info on the monthly + DAS or lease terms.

If I just needed a CRV sized people mover, I’d be chasing an Alfa Romeo Tonale or Doddge Hornet, 24months $200-300. Couldn’t care how reliable it is, if it breaks, demand a loaner, and just give it back in 2 years.

My Fault, here is the lease calculator

I’ll look into those.

Can you give me more detail on your insight? It’s a 12k lease and 66% residual. Yeah, they one pay amount is like $18,500 almost.

For an NX350, is there a bigger discount, a better residual, a lower MF, and/or rebates that cause the monthly + DAS to be similar?

Neither are lease hackable cars. If you want either one, buy it.

Through Honda? I would double check that residual, I’m seeing something different. Still that’s insanely high. You’re paying almost 50% of the cost of the vehicle over 3 years, you’re far better off purchasing.
