You have a vehicle for winters I’m assuming? It’s your decision financially but if it where me my first choice would be used scatpack and mopar warranty, lt1 with enough left for a winter suv…or wait it out like the rest of us because this ship is sinking and the first thing people lose is vehicles.
Yes, I have a second car. The charger would be drivable in the winter anyway. I mostly park the nicer car to keep it out of the elements during winter.
Lol. I know the 392 will be enough, like you said, unless the Hellcat is driven…then there’s probably no going back. I’ve driven the RTs (has only then 5.7) and those seemed quick enough. The 392 can only be up from there; that is a significant power increase.
So you’re kind of saying the finance of the ScatPack at the 0% would be the most logical choice for the Charger. The used isn’t saving much from buying new, then figure the additional for the warranty, then the additional for the interest paid on a used auto loan.
Well, it seems that I may have be the better choice by not going with ordering the HC. The MF & RV took a slight dump this month, which is when I’m anticipating my order to arrive. The effective monthly payment has increased by about $85.
