Could use a gut check on a 24-lease for a Mercedes GLB 250 loaner with about 6K miles on it. 379/month with 379 due at signing. 10K miles/year. I’ve attached the proposed contract to this post with the numbers. Would I be nuts not to take this? Any thoughts appreciated.

OP, this model gets mentioned pretty freq here. Ignoring the unicorns (of which there have been 2 or so), what has your research shown (incl the real-life example in a post above)?
I don’t have conquest. To respond to your question directly, I haven’t found other deals that have (i) only first month due at signing; and (ii) don’t have shipping costs. The PND posted above has an upfront cost that becomes 136/month amortized, which pushes it into the 400+ range, all in.

Theres $2000 lease cash and $1500 best quote i got was $430/month tax included with $430 due at signing which i declined without hegitation. Now this being said, this deal doesnt look too great. It looks like basic glb.

Not really, i honestly dont trust his quotes as he never post actual lease contract( no offense to him) Ill believe when i see it but then everything can be altered with ai theseday.

I, as well as many others on here, can assure you that his hacks are very much real. It wouldn’t be tolerated if they were fake, and he’d certainly be called out for that matter. I suppose my GLC is also fake. Should I go take a picture of it 
Right, and assuming a similarly equipped model and taking into account 7.5K mi/yr (vs. 10K/yr for yours), that would indicate your deal is at least solid (and possibly quite good).
Comparing the effective monthly is mainly all that matters, and yours seems better.
$379/mo all in lease in a high tax and reg state on a $53k Mercedes and some people here think this is a meh deal, insanity.
I’d be willing to be before tax and reg this is under $275/mo.
CO registration alone on this is probably $50/mo of the payment, let alone the high taxes.

Another interesting data point is if you have deal with NY dealer you do not pay dispo fee. For 24 months it is ~$25/m. Not much but something.
Just read into this new law - Does this 0 dispo fee only impact NY dealers, or will it also apply to out of state dealers who lease to NY residents?
