Deal check for Chevy Blazer EV RS 36/10

Hi, I got an offer from my local chevy dealership for leasing Blazer EV RS 36/10. I want to double check with hackers before I sign the paper or re-negotiate. The numbers reflect WA EV incentives which is $9000 for 36 months lease.

MSRP: 54,595
Selling Price: 52,595 ($2000 off)
Cash down: 10,500 (WA incentive + $1500 down, I want to make it $0 down)
Residual: 72%
Money factor: 0.000127
Doc fee: 2000
Acquisition fee: 0
Registration: 750
Total Taxes: 1,067.11

Monthly payment 270.22

I do not wanna say it is bad deal, but as far as I researched, I think I could get better deal since I qualify for the WA EV incentives which is $9000. I think they put the $7500 federal ev tax to inflate the residual. What else I am missing to bargain?

You should be able to get more off MSRP- Evergreen in Issaquah is advertising $3K off of MSRP. I would expect to be closer to $50K. Many folks are getting 81% residual on 2 year lease- If getting payment down matters then consider this as it will drop your price. Doc fee is way too high should be a few hundred, but they could add an acquisition fee. Together though, I would expect around $1K. Finally, Chevy has lots of incentives right now and you should be able to get $0 down. Find the car you want, make sure you know your qualified incentives and then reach out to dealers with internet pricing with your offer and see who wants to move a car.

Thank you!

The discount part was what I was thinking about. Since so many blazer EV RS are sitting at the dealership, they should be able to offer me more of discount.
Acquisition fee is waived by Chevy official website (idk if the policy can be different by dealerships).
And I will also try to negotiate dealer fees. Thank you again.

I know what Ratefindr says doesnt always match but it’s says the default RV is 69% ($37,671). So if they add the full Fed rebate ($7500) to the RV, then you should be at around 82-83% RV, not 72%. Using your other numbers you should be well under $200/m without needing a down payment and also if you did NOT negotiate a better selling price.

It is. You should be driving this for free after that $9k WA incentive.

How many dealers have you made an offer so far? Does the $9k WA incentive apply if you buy out of state?

Hi, Hackers.
I went to a Honda dealership to lease a Prologue Elite. I would love to hear from hackers to see how good is this deal.

MSRP: $59750
Selling Price: $53974
Residual: 52%
MF: not sure I forgot what was it but it was like 0.0013
Doc fee: $200
Tax rate: 10.5% (98037)
Rebate: $24000 (WA EV incentives + Honda rebate)
DAS: $3000

monthly: $206 after tax

How is this deal look? I want 0 down but they told me I should have to down $3,000 to get this deal. Please help!

Thank you all for help!
I tried to get other deals from other brands and trying to find a better deal.
The dealer did not want to negotiate any more for this deal.

Don’t expect them to make a good offer. You should be making them an offer.
