Hello everyone I am working a deal on a 2024 BMW 530i in Cincinnati Ohio and I feel the lease number is to much. This is my first time and I don’t have anyone for guidance. $700 monthly seems steep for this. Ill add a photo of the terms. I am unaware of what the MF is here.
Based on what info? You are getting a dealer discount of 12%+ off MSRP. On a new unit it would be a good deal, but not a demo unit. You should be shooting for at least 20%+ off MSRP.
Some cars lease well, some don’t.
Is a 2024 530i the only car you’re looking for?
Primarily yes. I also was looking into the 430i’s as well
So pretty much try to get the purchase price down to 50k right?
You can also consider a CPO 2022 430i at $35k, assuming coupe.
You need to research past deals on this forum and start making offers to dealers. Put together a deal based on the info on this forum, and tell dealers that you will sign if they agree to your terms. Only say that if you are serious.
If you do a search on this site, there’s lots of info on how reach out to dealers.
I was checking for deals recently done with other bmw 5 series and I couldn’t find any. And how do you negotiate that with them? Like how do you provide proof these deals happened? Thanks!
You just throw an offer and if they say no you move on to another dealer.
Who cares? You don’t need to show dealers what others have paid for a 5 series. As I said, make dealers offers based on the info here. They will either say Yes or No. If that’s too much work, reach out to a BMW broker in the Marketplace.
EDIT: Never mention this site when negotiating with dealers.
The new-body 5 series is not a “cheap leasing car” even with a big discount.
The 430i that you’re also considering leases poorly.
Hi everyone! I am trying to figure out how to construct an offer to present to different dealers so any help at all would be much appreciated. I am new to this so bear with me. Pictures below is the car I am going after a BMW 2024 530i for lease. Trying to put zero down and stay within the 500 to low 600 range monthy. (i have bmw loyalty as well) Thanks in advance!

You should keep all your questions in one thread otherwise important context gets lost or feedback gets repeated.
-
Search the forum for keywords/phrases such as how to negotiate and how to word emails, etc. In general every question you can think of has been likely asked/answered before and being proactive about searching before asking will make you a much better hackr in the future.

Not every car can be hacked. It doesn’t matter how good a negotiator you are.
I think @BimmerCarDeals had an i5 m60 in CA for this price range idk if it sold though. If you are willing to go electric.
Got it, thank you!
What you’re asking for isn’t realistic or possible, to reach that pricing you’d need something stupid like 18-20% off a new car, which isn’t happening.
If 10-11% off on a new gas 5er doesn’t get within your budget, it just means you simply cannot afford or do not wish to pay the going rate, which is fine, it just means you need to pick another car that your budget is possible on, or maybe aggressively target a demo/loaner.
It’s still available as far as I know, but it looks like OP is in Ohio. It’s a California deal only.
Not happening unless you put some money down or pay fees upfront.
A broker on this site is the best way to go for this vehicle.
But OP’s expectations of a $500 payment on a new 5 series ain’t happening, even with a broker.
