Checking for a leasing deal on the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label Hybrid
The discount is sort of big but APR buy rate is 3.73, dealer mark up to 4.75
My calculation puts all shipping/taxes/fees upfront with 0 down, 4956 due at signing: calculator, dealer gave 3855 without upfront fees and first month in this picture
I hate the add-on which contains some kind of premium of 895 but they seems not able to remove.
Help me check if this is an ok deal or at similar price (after tax) I should go with potential X5E or GLE450e (worse choice IMO)

Dude this is a pre refresh Nautilus with almost $1k a month payments… LH folks are going to come out of the woodwork to slam this lease and try to get you into anything that is not a Lincoln.
Yeah I know but the driving of hybrid + the full screen and L2 cruise is really great which in my opinion, and the interior/appearance added to the MSRP sort of worth it. Only if I go with x5e I will change my mind. But in terms of the deal itself, do you think it is Okay or I can try to push dealer to give up the MF mark up
IMO they need to discount that thing another $7k. It’s a year end close out and the previous model close out. It sells around $60k and you’re about to pay $68k (before the bogus add on that you need to get out of there)
That makes total sense. Although 24 vs 25 itself is not much difference, 24 even have a bit more features I needed. I can certainly just wait for more discounts. Thanks a lot!
Only down side is that on the west coast there’s less hybrid. Will wait and see
