I don’t see Lexus IS’s discussed much, so I don’t think there’s a ton of data.
One broker in CA (who might not do out of state) had a 2023 IS300 at $47K MSRP for $100/mo less than your deal (but also fewer miles). But who knows how the programs have changed since then.
Are you wedded to an IS? And is the 2024 much different from the 2023? A 53% RV is going to be an uphill battle, even w/ 10% off MSRP.

Im pretty set on the IS yes, and that’s kind of what I was seeing as well for 36/10 leases but I definitely will need the extra miles. So far it’s the best deal I’m finding and I’ve been looking for well over 2 months.
