Deal Check (FL) 2024 Audi A5 S Premium Plus 45 TFSI

Hey, I’m new here and new to leasing. Was wondering if I have a good deal on my hands or not. I’ve included the offer sheet with all the details. I also sent this to another dealership hoping for them to make a counter-offer, but I haven’t heard back yet. I’m hoping to close this today before end of the month. I haven’t been able to figure out the money factor based on the numbers they gave me.

MSRP:$54,805
Discount: $7,500
Audi Bonus: $1,000
Total Purchase Price: $46,305
Residual: 55% ($30,143)
Down Payment: $2,500
DAS: $5,000
Total Monthly Payment: $575.73

I’m sorry I am not familiar with this car, but that $7500 discount seems odd. That’s usually the discount/rebate/incentive for an electric car. Is this electric or plug in hybrid by any chance?

Nope, regular gas car. Not a hybrid. I came in looking for a different car that they sold so they said they’d take care of me. I think it was bait and switch.

Stealership doing stealership things. The offer sheet says hybrid so just was checking.
Using your numbers the MF is about .0018 or 4.32%ish
Your effective payment on this is about $710-720 a month.
I would get a breakdown of that discount. The number just seems off to me.
Also- if you are a Costco member there’s a $1000 (I think it’s $1000) incentive that ends today

It’s mild hybrid.

To the OP, have you compared your deal to those in the Marketplace? I’ve only skimmed A5 deals in a different geographic region (and that was a couple of months ago), but $575/mo + $5K DAS seems rather high.

Its say’s Audi of North Miami so i would be very leery of this. Might be better to check the marketplace.

This is really high considering you can lease an S5 sportback for $725 with $2600 DAS through a pre-negoatiated deal. Under $700 with Costco $1K rebate.

Yeah, so I didn’t take the deal. I didn’t even realize the car was a hybrid and that the $7,500 discount was just a tax credit. So they really didn’t do anything for me.

How can a mild hybrid get a tax credit?
