Why wouldn’t you add Costco if you have it? That’s $1k. Do GM card signup for $500 too.
I just did a 24/15k one pay on a 2LT EV for $4300.
If you’re using GM Financial, they don’t use an APR (1.37%). They use a money factor .000XXX. Also, what is your adjusted cap? You need to perform all calculations if you haven’t already done so.

Supplier, Costco and conquest rebates all applied, a 24 month/10k one pay lease comes to $7,225.
That seems really high for this trim level.
