Deal check - EQS 580 SUV

Been back and forth a few times - trying to see if there’s any room to improve the deal here:

MSRP: $140k
Sales price: $123k pre-incentive, less $7500 lease cash and $4500 AMEX fleet plus 10 MSDs
$1150 monthly + 6k DAS

I’ve filled out the calculator as best i can - i suspect they’re playing some games with the monthly payment and down payment as i can’t get it to match but $90*36 months = $3k+ so it actually seems i’m coming out ahead of the calculator.

About to finance fully-loaded 2023 EQS 580. 3.5k miles. MSRP 146k; I got them down to 115k. Any reason I shouldn't buy? - #101 by derekoh1991?

Your deal compares with what Derek thought was available on a Pinnacle 580 SUV. So maybe there’s a bit of room to work down on your slightly less optioned 580 SUV. Or just buy your car from Derek and save yourself the headache lol.

Edit, I forgot the car in the other thread was a loaner/demo. Maybe yours is new and there isn’t more room to go even with MSDs.

Change dealer fee to 85 and down to 2850 and it gets closer. I assume 11K plus the 6K due at signing.

It is brand new, rather than a loaner (i took it from 4 to 7 miles on the test drive). Wouldn’t mind going with Derek, but he’s in AR and I’m in socal unfortunately. So, seems like I’ve taken it about as far as I can huh? Doesn’t seem like such a great deal relative to the 450s going in the 6 and 700s a couple months ago…

Yeah, I don’t have the 580s with a Pinnacle Trim, just a Premium

yep… but time machines are expensive though!

jk. the numbers have gotten worse pretty much every month these last few months. so no use looking back

You have negotiated a great deal. Run with it.
