I wanted to get your thoughts on a lease deal I received from my local dealership. Here’s the breakdown:

MSRP: $55,645
Money Factor (MF): 0.00220
Residual 54%

Have you compared this to other i4 deals posted on the forum? They are fairly plentiful.

It’s kind of hard to gauge the quality of the deal with such little info given.

What’s the dealer discount, what rebates are in the deal, etc

Having the MF and residual is good that you posted.

Is this saying you’re getting 14.39% off before rebates and you’re asking if this a good deal?

I was eligible for special program from BMW. Dealership offers 10.24% and left over is from BMW. Total discount before rebates is 8,010

I would say that is a pretty strong deal, however I see you are in DC. While it rarely snows much in DC, you might want to try and see if you can find an xDrive 40. It will likely hold value better.
