I don’t like the protection package for 36 months when the lease is for 24 months but besides that, what do you guys think? Is there anything else I should be trying to negotiate with?

Almost Msrp deal, they giving you 1800 extra in discounts and adding 1400 on ad ons.

First, go look at the Signed! section. There are some Prologue deals listed there that are less than what you’re quoted for a Touring trim level which is quite a bit nicer.
The two protection packages add $1,400. Over a 24 month lease that’s $58/month. That’s almost pure profit just to the dealer.
If you said you weren’t going to pay for those two items and did $0 down (is that due at signing?), you’d be at $300/month.

I think you need to ghost this Auto Nation dealer and start over elsewhere.

So cal is a super sweet spot to be in, for lease deals. Check out broker listings in so cal, you can do much better just picking from them.

Looking at broker deals and pre negotiated deals I saw these two. One is for a touring and the other is for an elite. Both similar in total costs, so wouldn’t the Elite trim be a steal comparing the two? Or am I missing something?

Feed the calculator, it is hungry. There is no real way to tell which one is better unless you plug all the numbers in a calculator.
They have different DAS $3500 vs $2000 and also different msrp.
Most brokers will also have Elite, msg and ask them both for a deal on elite/touring if that is what you prefer.

Just for fun,
I could do this exact deal with a total of $2,500 out of pocket including our $500 broker fee and $220 a month assuming a 24mo lease with 12,000 miles a year. And conquest or loyalty. Otherwise, it would be $262 a month for the same deal.
