Could also do 48 months for ~$10/month more.
This deal is not really close to the deals I’ve seen here but nobody is really playing ball in my state.

When you say “no one is playing ball in my state” do you mean they aren’t sending you the offer you’re looking for or that they are ignoring the offers you’re sending them?
The former. I haven’t been able to receive any deals remotely close to what I’m seeing in other regions on the market place.
Try expanding your target area. I’m also in MA and I got my previous Audi from a dealership in OH. It was worth the $750 shipping fee as I saved far more than that over the life of the lease.

They just sent a new offer.
$3k DAS and $527/month including tax.
Also have another offer on a loaner 2024 EQE sedan with 6400 miles for $2k DAS and $496/month including tax
Do you have a breakdown of the discount from MSRP before incentives and the RV and MF to see if it is a good deal? What is included in the $3K DAS?
They combined the $9500 dealer cash with their discount but of the $25k discount $9500 is lease cash the rest discount from them. I must be missing $600 somewhere because when I enter the info I have in the calculator I was getting $545/month but their offer is $527/month. Here’s the calculator.
