To give you an idea for what can be done on this car in East coast, I am advertising in stock units for 13% off plus all incentives and base MF and if you do a custom order it will be 11% off.
I would think the shipping would be $1500 odd to Oregon.

This is wholly irrelevant to the West Coast market, respectfully.
He will still have a net savings if shipped, but still, East Coast vs PNW is like two different planets.
