Need the experts!!
Quoted by a local SE FL dealer the following:
Qualify for the military/first responder/etc discount. Biz partner owns BMW so may qualify for loyalty if someone can help with this. Financing 60mo w/ BMWFS - dealer has 2.99% APR but I see 1.99% on BMWusa, is dealer correct?
No shipping fee since local, and the dealer vs broker fee negate each other. Happy to pay a fee for good service either way.
Local sounds more convenient as my understanding is that it would be easier to deal with service, recalls, etc. - is that correct?
The main thing is that the dealer said car would arrive by end of May, latest first week of June per their allocation. Otherwise I’ve been told July… this is important but not necessarily worth $4k to me on what many have said should be 11% off MSRP, not 6%.
Is this good enough or there is better available? Can this be done today (last day April) or by end of week?

They are marking up financing 1% which they are allowed to do. 10% is a good discount off MSRP. Use the LH calc and put together an aggressive educated offer and tell them you will sign ASAP if met. Or make a purchase price offer with 1.99% financing.
Got it. Thanks!
hopefully bedard can pick up more slack nxt season
He played pretty well but the worst GM in the NHL has failed for 3 years now to get anybody decent to play with him on the wing.
poor mgmt? sounds like anything in Chicago or IL
We have a south Florida dealership, but they probably wouldn’t discount much. There’s some weird stuff going on here, though. Either way, we can get you 11-12% off from out of state with base APR. Yes, you’ll pay a broker fee and shipping, but it’s a significant discount difference, there is no $499 electronic filing fee, and shipping is only $750 - $800.
So, it’s at most $1,500 between broker fee and shipping, and you save $500 + another 5-6% off the car, plus base APR There also should be a $1,000 incentive (as of today), which they’re probably burying in the discount.
Eh, the City is great, my wife is from Miami and we live in SoCal now and all places have their +/-, but my wife would never live in FL again because of endless heat/humidity, hurricanes and bugs! Haha
