How much savings over the contract term would convince you to travel - let’s say 500 miles- roundtrip to get the car and drive it back?
I’d say less than 10% chance this happens, bmw basically wants you to lease the 30i. if you want the tax credits you have to buy it and and then deal with the full sales tax plus real (not theoretical) depreciation / maintenance passed 3 years if you hang on.
