Effective payment of $1200+/mo for an x3 sounds crazy. Even if a dealer were to increase the discount to 10%, this wouldn’t lease well.

Another obligatory shout out to @ZZAutoDeals

Hacking BMW leases in California is the most painful experience. The script of putting a killer deal in an email and shooting it off to BMW dealerships to get a deal closed is fiction for most buyers. I guess some hackers enjoy it, but the amount of time spent seems wasted when the good brokers can get pretty good deals rather quickly.

The SQ5 is a much better lease this month, at least with northeast programs. For example in the Marketplace
