Have you searched the Marketplace for broker deals? You’re getting about 8.3% off MSRP. You should be aiming for 10 - 12%.

Need more dealer discount. At first glance, that MF has to be marked up. Counter with 12% off, base MF. Make a target deal using the LH calculator
North scottsdale and Chapman chandler tend to deal more, dont bother working with arrowhead. Autonation in Tucson is hit or miss.
To be perfectly honest, I’d probably just work with GC linked, or see if one of the phx dealers will match that.

Do not sign the deal you have as is, its pretty bad for one of these.
It lowers rv by 1%. Adds like $30/month or so
