Deal Check: BMW ix m60 Demo

First post. I’ve been looking at ix M60 and ix50 deals for a few weeks now, this is the best one I have found.

It’s 3K due at signing, which is the first month’s payment + the ~2k in fees. Not sure I got this exactly right in the calculator, but the monthly is coming out within $1 of what the dealer is saying ($1005/month with tax)

Open to feedback, suggestions, or brokers who could beat the deal. I like this one but am open to alternatives.

Seems a little weak if that includes the $5,900 loaner rebate or $9,900 for z-type demo.

Yeah. Calc doesn’t show any rebates. So either included in the discount or doesn’t qualify.

Also, at that MSRP the car does not include Driving Assistant Professional, which is a must have on a $110k+ car IMO.
