Also the tax doesn’t look right. The tax rate is 4.15% and you pay it on selling price before rebates and on the doc fee and on the acquisition fee. I am getting about $3,804 for taxes.
You are at 6.3% (?) discount and I would be targeting 12%. If this is coming from DC area I suspect the MF will be marked up (.0004). You are in the BMW discount “backyard” – you can do better. Check with either @IAC or @AutoCompanion, but inventory is limited. I presume you know you are paying a premium for Storm Bay Metallic.

If you can wait you might as well just use a broker and submit a custom-build.
IAC’s custom order leases are cheaper than what picture you posted above… and your wife will get exactly what she wants.

For that MSRP, I’d be at $1,023/mo with $2,000 due at signing. So just a casual 133/mo less.

I’m doing 11% off with base MF. I’m not home but if I remember correctly, storm bay needed to be an order, but I have allocations.

Last deal shared on SIGNED was at 11.5%
Doesn’t seem so unreasonable to ask for 12% and settle for 11%. That’s why it’s a target.
